(More customer reviews)I love Kiehls clear lip balms so I expected this to be a great product. The color is fine, but it goes on thick and clumpy and then easily comes off. I used it a couple of times but found that it was more trouble then it was worth. I should have saved my $ for a tube of the excellent clear lip balm from Kiehls. Oh well.
