(More customer reviews)I was very pleased with this product! I would buy again. I am fair skinned and don't really get a dark, golden tan in the sun. I got nice color in one application and prefer the color in two applications. I pre-lotioned my feet, elbows and knees (only) before application and had no problems. It has a very light, fresh scent and I only noticed a starchy odor after 8 hours, which showered off just fine. My skin was so soft after using it too. I like to get spray tans but can't keep up the once a week routine I would require to keep color, so this is a great at-home product. I plan on taking with me on vacation. I wish I could find this in drug stores or will be eligible for the free shipping through Amazon in the future.

(More customer reviews)This is the best sunless tanner!!! First, the price is awesome---I got it at walmart for $6.42. It is oderless!!!! Thank goodness! No more nasty tanner smell! I have very fair skin with pink undertones, and this tanner looks natural on me. I tried several other types, and they didn't get dark enough. I'm a ballroom dancer, and I need something dark for those skimpy Latin costumes. This one did the trick! It has a bronzer so you can see where you're putting it, and it goes on flawlessly. Before I put it on, I made sure my skin was clean (but not straight out of the shower--wait until your skin cools off so it doesn't come off with the rubbing), I put regular lotion on my feet, elbows, knees, and hairline of my face so the tanner stayed light in those areas. Then, I put the sunless tanner on my legs. Washed/scrubbed my hands. Put it on my back and stomach. Washed/scrubbed my hands. Face. Arms. Washed/scrubbed my hands. Then, I put a dot on the back of one of my hands and rubbed the backs of my hands and wrists together. Then, walk around naked for 15-30 minutes. I have a flawless tan! This is the best tanner I've ever used!!!

(More customer reviews)I have fair/light skin and found that the golden brown color held true for 4 days before it gradually faded over the next several days. The best feature of this product to me is its very light scent. I have tried many self-tanners and this is the first one that doesn't smell like I'm wearing some oddly-scented, strong perfume on the first day of application. The color also stays put and doesn't rub off on clothing.
Due to the high price, though, I will need to limit my use of this product.
And, as with all self-tanners, exfoliation and careful blending are key to an even, natural look.
With towelettes, it also helps to use each section thoroughly and quickly before unfolding to a new section in order to keep the towelette from drying out too soon.
I would definitely use this product more often if it was priced lower.

(More customer reviews)The Comodynes tanning towelettes were very quick to use and quick to dry. They don't have much of a smell either. The towel bunches up a bit while applying which can be annoying but overall it was managable.
The color was very natural, but it was definitely gradual. It took longer than the 2-3 hours it said on the package for me.It also requires more than one towel for your body.
For the ease of use and the natural color I would definitely recommend buying it. However I wouldn't expect to get very dark unless you do several applications. For someone who is very fair it very subtly takes the edge off of the "white glow" with one application,without looking fake and streaky.
