(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for a very long time and had always been happy with the results. However, when I purchased it recently, it did not smell the same. Although it is for sensitive skin and fragrance free, it smelled very much like sunscreen. My eyes burned and my face broke out in a rash. It left my face feeling dry instead of soft. I contacted OLAY and they brushed me off, saying it was a new formula and what happened to me was unlikely to happen and their products were tested. They sent me a coupon to try another product of theirs. I had been using the same product for over 25 years. They didn't take my complaint seriously. Well, they just lost another customer. I switched to Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin and am very pleased with my new choice. Maybe if enough customers express their feedback about this new and improved product, they will learn to listen to customer feedback instead of brushing us off like what we have to say doesn't matter.
