(though I would suggest the regular bullfrog gel is preferred for first application.) the spray is great for follow up applications. it really is quick to apply, but make sure you don't skimp or leave gaps. random streaks of red look dumb!
(works so well my teenage daughter asked us to let her burn on last day of 7 days at the shore in FL! she wanted a burn to prove to her friends she really was at the beach!)
