(More customer reviews)I love this lip treatment. Thought it was alittle pricey when ordering, but it is worth it. I chose the nude shine and it is perfect for everyday. Just the right combination of a balm and lipstick with no stickiness whatsoever. I always just used a lip balm finding glosses to be too sticky and, while this is not glossy, I have applied a gloss over it to get a more polished look. I have told all my friends who are very impressed with the screw up tube. I'll be using this for a long time since there is alot of product in the tube.

Korres Watermelon Sunscreen Face Cream SPF 30 Review

I like the fact that it contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide my fav sunscreens.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Alba Botanica TerraGloss Mineral Color Lip Kit, Garnet, 0.42-Ounce Tube & Bloom, 0.42-Ounce Tube on a whim. I've never used Alba Botanica products before, but have heard good things so I thought I'd give this one a try. I have used Burt's Bee's lip shimmer and gloss for years, but found them clumpy so I was looking for an alternative.
The first thing I noticed with one of the tubes was clear oil oozed out when I squeezed it. I guess there had been some settling in that one, but the next tube was well mixed. Castor oil is the first ingredient listed on this product and 'oily' is how it initially felt on my lips. You do get excellent sheen (gloss) off it, but the flavor; which is supposed to be vanilla according to the packaging, is lost to me. Both glosses have a slight 'shimmer' or sparkle to them. Fairly subtle though, and only really apparent in the light.
Silica and mica are also found in this product as it uses minerals to tint the gloss. I don't notice a grittiness to the gloss, which I did notice with the Burt's Bee's products.
Both 'Bloom' and 'Garnet' are subtle enough to wear alone or over lipstick to add a sheen. The applicator is slanted for easy application and due to the high oil content, the product doesn't clump or gum up the applicator.
The size is a mere 0.42 ounces, but I have no doubt that the tubes will last a long time as very little of the product is needed to achieve a nice look. Pairing this gloss (particularly the Garnet or the combination) with a subtle lip liner would be ideal for most women who don't like to wear a lot of make-up, but like a casual, polished look.

(More customer reviews)There is a mirror on the inside lid of each ball. Also, there is one lip brush included - but it does not work well. After two attempts with the brush, I opted to use fingers only. The scent of each is different (depending on color) but they are all rather sweet. Works better as a lip color than as a lip balm.
Unless these last forever, and that's assuming I don't lose them, these are a bit pricey. The regular stores that actually have them ... wayyy over priced. Even on here, I don't think I will buy again unless it's just to try out new colors.
