She told me I needed to use this sunblock everyday under makeup and that it was, along with a prescription she gave me, the best product for anti-aging. What I really like about it is how smoothly it goes on and how smooth it makes my facial skin feel. It goes on as easily as a makeup with an oil base. I would apply it on my hands, but since it's a bit pricey, I want to use it sparingly. This particular sunblock cannot be found in stores but there are several merchants that sell it on-line. It's just a matter of who offers the best price. I plan on continuing to use it since my dermatologist recommended it and I like the way it feels. I have sat out in the sun with this sunblock on and it has been very effective.
